Geological facts
Despite its trade name, Bumblebee Jasper is not actually a true jasper (microcrystalline quartz). It is a combination of volcanic ash, anhydrite, hematite, sulfur, and arsenic, making it important to handle with care (wash hands after working with raw material).

Easily identified by its striking bright yellow, orange, and black banded patterns mimicking bumblebee stripes. Found exclusively on the island of Java, Indonesia.
