Field identification & locations
Can be identified by its characteristic rounded triangular cross-section in raw crystals, distinct striations along the length of the crystal, and lack of good cleavage. Common localities include Brazil, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nigeria, Madagascar, and the USA (California and Maine).
